Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship to customers worldwide. Shipping options and availability will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- Domestic orders โ 3 to 7 business days
- International orders โ 7 to 21 business days depending on destination
Delivery times may vary during busy periods such as major tournaments, holidays, or sales events.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
8. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@worldcupkits.co. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
World Cup Kits is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier issues, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
10. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@worldcupkits.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
